Ok it starts tonight. I am putting on weight and I know I am a skinny minny but I dont want to put on weight an dI also dont want to be feckin addicted to the sugar bowl. You know it's getting bad when you wake during the night eat some sugar, eat some haribo and finish it off with a crunchie. So no more. I have tried a few times but I get cranky, this time I am going to STOP!!! I'll keep you posted . . .
